Terms and Conditions
Excludes: The quote excludes all entrance and porterage fees and permits. Drivers: Our quote does not include accommodation and meals for our coach operators and such accommodation and meals must be arranged by yourselves and for your own account. Includes: Our quote includes insurance, diesel, driver and all toll fees.
Deposit:
A 20% deposit is required on confirmation of your booking should the quote amount to more than R10 000. Payment: Full payment is due 48 hours before the date of operation.
Cancellation:
Notice of cancellation must be received 14 days prior to operation. 35% Cancellation fee one week prior to departure date & 100% Cancellation fee 24Hours prior to departure date. Luggage: Luggage is limited to one average size suitcase per person. Eldo Coaches will not be held responsible for lost or damage luggage. Trailers are available at additional cost. Sub-Hire Vehicles: Please note that this quote is based on Eldo Coaches. However, depending on coach availability at the time of confirmation, should Eldo Coaches not be available & we have to sub-contract, our quote is subject to change, which will be communicated to you in writing and telephonically.
Damages:
Eldo Coaches reserves the right to levy additional charges for any damages to our coaches, as a result of negligence or disorderly behavior by the passengers. Special Conditions: No smoking and alcohol will be permitted on any of our coaches. Road Conditions: Eldo Coaches may by NO means travel Dirt, Gravel, or dust roads at any point throughout a journey. Cross border: Confirmation of quotation is subject to vehicle Police Clearance Certificate and all applicable permits and documentation.
